How should I prepare for my cleaning?

  1. Declutter and pick up any items that may be in the way of the cleaning process.

  2. Identify any areas or items that may require special attention or cleaning.

  3. Provide us with access codes or instructions for your property.

  4. Communicate any specific instructions or requests ahead of time.

  5. Make sure pets are secured and out of the way during the cleaning process.

  6. If you won't be home, leave a contact number or email address in case our team needs to reach you.

  7. Make sure our team has access to all the areas of your home that you want cleaned.

  8. Leave a payment method and tip if you have pre-arranged it.

How Do You Charge And Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  1. Fees: We charge hourly per cleaner but also try to work within your budget. Our hourly rate is not negotiable but the number of hours that we stay is making it possible to work within your budget.
     

  2. Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, online payments at our website thru PayPal by debit or credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment is due at the time of cleaning, we are not able to carry balances.
     

  3. Cancellations: There will be a fee, if you cancel less than 24 hrs prior to your cleaning. The only exception is if the space can be filled. Understand that the cleaners count on their hours and canceling can be very disruptive to our schedule by creating a hole in the middle of the day. Being locked out of your home due to gates, not being home, etc also applies. 

Can Your Accommodate a Regular Cleaning Schedule And Send The Same Team Each Time?

  1. We do the best we can!

  2. We have never been busier and in order to fit you into our schedule, we ask for your flexibility. 95% of the time we don’t have a problem with the day but the time cannot be rigid at this time. You can specify AM or PM. We can give you a pretty accurate time within an hour the day before. 

  3. We try to send at least one person who has been to your home before, and the same team when possible.

  4. Most of our cleaners are English-speaking, and others are very good with the translations app!

Are Your Cleaning Supplies Green and Family/Pet-Safe?

  1. We use green cleaning supplies and have all basic cleaning equipment including a HEPA vacuum and mop.  

  2. Mop heads are clean and fresh for each house.

  3. We have no problem using any “special” cleaning product supplied by you.

  4. We use swifter dusters.

  5. We also bring heavy duty cleaners, i. e. Bleach, and use if necessary or desired.

  6. A step stool left out for us is appreciated if needed.
